This beautiful stylish car was originally sold in North America and shipped to the UK in 1980. It is fitted with power steering, air conditioning, electric windows, leather seating.
The Ghibli Spyder is a very rare car today and this car has only covered 35,000 genuine miles from new and is in largely original un-restored condition. Mechanically this car is excellent, having had regular maintenance during the last ownership and previously. There are numerous invoices in the history file, many from renowned marque specialists, Bill McGrath Maserati, recent work includes: replacement radiator, reconditioned gearbox, overhaul and recommision the air conditioning system, replacement wiper motor and tyres, overhauled carburetors and numerous other replacements and adjustments.
Also present: V5 DVLA registration document, current MOT certificate,
current road tax (fee exempt), HPI certificate - showing all clear, drivers
manual, parts manual, history file containing numerous old MOT's, invoices
and sundry documentation.
Compare this price to its Ferrari Daytona Spyder counterpart, and the
Ghibli starts to look very attractively priced. In our opinion, a lot of classic
Maserati's are still very undervalued, at the moment. We wonder though for
how long?
A fabulous open top GT car and a sound future investment.
